Hello, I’m Diana

I help high achieving, professionally successful women ditch the unrelenting cycle of self-doubt, negative self-talk, perfectionism and guilt.

My clients face the same challenges you do. Despite being compassionate, go-getting, high achievers – they struggle internally.

When they seek out therapy, they are anxious, struggling with growing feelings of exhaustion from trying to maintain an outward appearance of keeping it together. They feel overwhelmed by growing feelings of guilt that despite outward success they still find themselves overcome with second-guessing themselves, with feelings of doubt, frustration and anger.

Despite thriving professional lives they struggle in their personal relationships. They find is hard to say no to the people important to them. They feel overridden with guilt when they try to put their needs first and end up apologizing and compromising on what they know they need. They feel responsible for everyone else’s needs and problems. They love their partners, children and extended family but feel overcome by the creeping feelings of resentment and anger they are starting to feel due to the constant demands that leave them feeling stretched too thin and never enough.
